Many homeowner / contractor disputes that find

With Alexandra's 27 years (or roughly 42,120 hours) of experience
in the carpentry, real estate and home-skill fields, she recently
consolidated her many years of research & accomplishments into the
release of her guide for women homeowners; " A Woman's Guide To Hiring A Contractor, Company Or Any Service Provider."

With in weeks of the release of the woman's guide, Alexandra began
to use her guide as a teaching / learning tool while helping
communities, municipalities and homeowners take action towards
contractor / contractee awareness. Nurturing the skills & techniques
each homeowner will need in order to becoming a well prepared and
conscientious homeowner / consumer.

Alexandra currently teaches Continuing Homeowner Education Classes, at
local community colleges and libraries in the Pittsburgh and surrounding area,
based upon a curriculum she had developed with concerned and
responsible homeowners in mind.

Alexandra had acquired a personal, logical and academic wealth of
knowledge consisting of and ranging from real estate sales & new
construction sales to buying & selling trends within the Real Estate
industry. She also educated herself in the technical arts such as
framing and finish carpentry, joinery, design concepts, advanced
electronics, residential electrical, residential plumbing and small
business development.
Alexandra's Observation

"I work with homeowners and every time I receive a call to go
out on an estimate with a new client I am forced to wonder, if they
were happy with their existing service provider why are they
contacting me? I guess I had just answered my own question.
As my list of new clients continually grow with each passing year, so do
the unfortunate stories of how my newly found clients had been
ripped off, mislead, swindled, lied to and cheated. I want to be able
to help more than one homeowner at a time and this is my que to do
just that.
This is a golden opportunity for me to influence the way
homeowners and service providers conduct business with each other."

themselves in court are usually about what is not
in the contract, if they even used a contract at all.
